Join us for "'mercimek köftesi'' a special Turkish meal cooked by Ahmet, a social worker from the youth center down the street, Vilnius Social Club and friends. After dinner a short discussion will be facilitated by the “Nauininkai Commons”: introducing the concept of urban commoning and its importance for the district and city.

The District kitchen series will take place over the summer and is an effort to develop connections with local communities through outdoor meals, skill-sharing workshops, and discussions.

The district kitchen is kindly supported by Solidarity Network Y?!, a newly formed collective in the Baltic region, setup to support and sustain Left initiatives.
